Make sure you're hiring a home inspector who has your best interests in mind. The inspector did a great job of talking me through the issues during and after the inspection, and providing ideas of what work would need to be done. APEX did a great job, and provided a free tank sweep when coupled with the sewer scope. They were very thorough and always open to explaining the inspection report. The only minor complaint is we kept playing phone tag for a bit after the inspection report was sent to us.
